Khao Mai Kaew Cave (Maikaew Cave) in Koh Lanta Thailand was one of the best things we did while on holiday. The tour was about 2 hours long and cost 300 baht at the time. The tour outfit provides a guide (which you REALLY need) as well as a headlamp of surprisingly high quality.
